Description

You manage video infrastructure incidents and outages in a 24/7 environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and resolve video infrastructure incidents and outages.
• Perform third-level troubleshooting and execute break-fix actions on video systems.
• Escalate complex issues to fourth-level subject matter experts when necessary.
• Coordinate with other NOC tier support groups to ensure timely resolution.
• Document detailed summaries for all incident and outage tickets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in NOC administration or video support.
• Hands-on experience with Linear and Unicast video systems.
• Strong understanding of QAM and IP-based video networks.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex video infrastructure.
• Experience performing third-level incident triage.
• Available for a 2:00 pm – 12:30 am EST schedule, four days a week.
• Availability for weekends and corporate holidays.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a 24x7x365 operational environment.
