Description

Monitor and maintain system health within a 24/7 operational environment, responding to alerts and managing incidents to ensure network and application uptime.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to system alerts and technical escalations in a high-volume monitoring environment.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server user management and basic system issues.
• Monitor storage systems, backup tools, and operational workflows.
• Coordinate technical responses to maintain network and application uptime.
• Work flexible shifts in a 24/7 environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• 3+ years of direct experience working in a NOC.
• Foundational networking knowledge including IP addressing, routing, and switching.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux command-line operations.
• Experience with storage systems and backup application workflows.
• Strong incident management and problem-solving abilities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LogicMonitor.
• Relevant certifications including CCNA, RHCSA, or MCSA.
