Description

Monitor global network performance and manage incident response to meet SLA requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and respond to alerts to troubleshoot issues within SLA timeframes.
• Document incidents, resolutions, system changes, and technical playbooks in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with data center teams for physical device troubleshooting and manage Cisco RMAs with vendors.
• Perform routine system checks, maintenance, and updates to ensure optimal network health.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a NOC or network support role.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools: ServiceNow, Solarwinds, Dynatrace, and Alertiste.
• Experience with incident management and ITIL standards.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting enterprise networks and managing security protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud services including AWS and Azure.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ certification.
