Description

You will serve as the primary monitoring and escalation point for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving events within customer production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and escalate critical applications according to the Statement of Work.
• Generate and publish application performance reports.
• Own the Severity Level 1 communications bridge, managing the full ticket lifecycle through to resolution.
• Notify customers and service teams regarding Severity 1 events.
• Act as the central point of contact for technical support teams, providing status updates on ongoing incidents and events.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network operations or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment.
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS.
• Experience managing Aruba networking solutions.
• Experience with Juniper networking hardware.
• Strong foundational knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting.

• Any graduate degree.
