Description

Lead a 24/7 support team managing network and security operations across data centers and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24/7 support roster and manage team activities to ensure hardware and software issues are resolved.
• Troubleshoot network and security issues within data centers and cloud services.
• Manage vendor and partner teams for software deployments, updates, and capacity planning.
• Drive vulnerability assessment (VA) closures and manage network change processes.
• Oversee data center audits and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network operations and team management.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Fortigate/Fortinet firewalls.
• Proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, and access points.
• Experience managing cloud networking using AWS VPC and GCP.
• Deep understanding of IPS, IDS, geofencing, IPsec, and VPN.
• Practical knowledge of security groups and network security measures.
• Experience in vendor management and coordinating third-party technical activities.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to perform hardware troubleshooting and detailed issue analysis.
• Assist network architects with designing network models for infrastructure enhancements.
• Maintain network inventory, configuration documentation, and SOPs.
