Description

Monitor, analyze, and resolve network incidents using SolarWinds and operational support tools.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network alerts and respond to incidents using SolarWinds.
• Provide operational support for Cisco and HP Aruba switches, HP SD-WAN, and Aruba Wireless solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, and Azure WAF.
• Support VPN connectivity and Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) for secure access.
• Document incidents, changes, and resolutions in accordance with operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in network operations or engineering.
• Proficiency with Cisco and HP Aruba switches.
• Experience with HP SD-WAN and Aruba Wireless (Controller, Aruba Central).
• Knowledge of ISP failover design and support.
• Ability to troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Configuration support for F5 Load Balancers (LTM, GTM).
• Azure Cloud Networking fundamentals.
• Basic integration of Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with Level 3 engineers and clients to resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency in Azure Web Application Firewall (WAF) administration.
