Description

You will lead the Network Operations Center team and oversee daily operations, design telecommunications solutions, and maintain core network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily NOC team operations and workflows.
• Design and implement telecommunications and IP network solutions.
• Maintain routing, switching, and VPN technologies across the infrastructure.
• Apply ITIL v4 service management frameworks to guide operational processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant network operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
• Proficiency with Juniper and Cisco DNA.
• Experience with MPLS, BGP, QoS, and DDoS mitigation.
• Knowledge of VPN technologies, DMVPN, Nokia, and NSP.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Splunk, ExtraHop, and NetBrain.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA or CCNP certifications.
• Experience with wired and wireless point-to-point and point-to-multipoint technologies.
