Description

You will manage network operations and service management within a 24x7x365 environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform large-scale OS patching for Windows and Linux environments.
• Monitor infrastructure using ServiceNow, Zenoss, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, or AppDynamics.
• Troubleshoot networking, server, and cloud connectivity issues.
• Manage security tasks including anti-virus maintenance and SSL certificate management.
• Support server hardware and virtualization platforms onsite.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in a 24x7 Network Operations Centre or Service Management role.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux/Unix, and VMware operating systems.
• Experience with AWS core services, Terraform, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Cisco UCS and IBM P-Series server hardware.
• Understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, Wireless, F5, and Riverbed.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Citrix.
• Scripting capability in PowerShell, Python, or UNIX shell.
• Familiarity with security tools like Trend Micro, Symantec, and SSL management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications.
• Microsoft or Cisco certifications.
