Description

You will own 24x7 NOC operations, ensuring maximum uptime and performance for global IT infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global IT infrastructure and services to identify, log, and escalate critical incidents using ticketing tools.
• Validate the health and performance of all deployed monitoring tools.
• Generate reports on availability, performance, and capacity bottlenecks.
• Provide technical inputs to stakeholders during major incidents and participate in process review forums.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT infrastructure support experience across AWS, Linux, Windows, and Network domains.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including VPC, EC2, S3, ELB, ASG, EBS, RDS, IAM, Route53, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
• Proficiency with Linux commands, file and text operations, process management, and disk management.
• Ability to analyze, store, and transfer logs and files between systems.
• Knowledge of Windows OS.
• Skills in NOC operations and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• RHCE.
• ITIL knowledge.
