Description

You will manage and resolve network, server, and desktop incidents while maintaining infrastructure health for clients.

Responsibilities

• Resolve low to medium complexity incidents involving WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
• Design, deploy, and maintain LANs, WANs, wireless networks, servers, load balancers, and switches.
• Execute Severity and Crisis Management processes, including communication during planned or unplanned outages.
• Implement and support remote access solutions such as VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
• Monitor network security, implement security tools, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all networks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience diagnosing and supporting hardware and software, including laptops, desktops, and network printers.
• Proven ability to configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and related services.
• Hands-on knowledge of routers, firewalls, switches, hubs, and UPS hardware.
• Proficiency in managing Windows Server, desktop environments (Windows and Mac), and virtualization.
• Experience with Azure and AWS.
• Experience working within Professional Service Automation (PSA) tools for ticket and time entry.
• Ability to perform investigative analysis and provide technical answers to client inquiries.
