Description

Lead cloud operations and incident management while optimizing infrastructure across multi-cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and GCP to ensure high availability and cost-efficiency.
• Design and implement observability solutions using Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus, including custom dashboards and anomaly detection.
• Own the incident management lifecycle, performing root cause analysis and developing operational playbooks to prevent recurrence.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the CloudOps team while collaborating with development, QA, and security teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Advanced configuration skills with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Hands-on experience with automation and IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to manage security compliance, identity access controls, and vulnerability management.
• Experience generating operational reports regarding SLA adherence and performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Datadog certifications or proven platform expertise.
• Master's degree in a related field.
