Description

Monitor batch jobs and server status within a command center environment. You will oversee distributed server performance and manage mainframe job execution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor batch jobs using TWS or similar schedulers across mainframe and distributed systems.
• Oversee distributed server performance within the NOCC/Command Center.
• Manage job execution and troubleshoot failures using JCL.
• Track system health and report incidents as part of the NOC function.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system monitoring or command center operations.
• Hands-on experience with TWS or other batch job schedulers.
• Proficiency in JCL for mainframe job management.
• Experience monitoring both mainframe and distributed environments.
• Knowledge of NOCC or Command Center workflows.
• Familiarity with VoIP technologies.
