Description

Lead Network Operations Center activities and manage service delivery to ensure customer success.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day NOC operations to maintain network status and meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Own project management lifecycles, ensuring delivery stays within budget, scope, and timelines.
• Handle critical customer escalations and resolve technically challenging or politically sensitive situations.
• Lead people management efforts, including career development, mentoring, and guiding future leadership.
• Drive strategic planning to grow the team and execute projects of organizational importance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.
• Proven expertise in People Management and Project Management.
• Experience managing service levels through strict SLA and KPI tracking.
• Proficiency in Agile Management methodologies.
• Demonstrable troubleshooting skills and ability to support engineers in resolving difficult issues.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills for client and management interaction.
• Ability to manage budgets and project scopes effectively.
• Experience in cross-team collaboration and stakeholder reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in strategic team growth and organizational planning.
