Description

You will provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support and monitoring oversight for core systems within a NOC environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents to maintain system stability.
• Maintain and support AtlasSIAN, JIRA, Infoblox, and Elastic environments.
• Coordinate with technical teams and external suppliers to resolve issues.
• Operate with autonomy and rigor to ensure continuous service availability.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a NOC or technical support role.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, specifically JIRA.
• Experience managing Infoblox (vNIOS 8.6).
• Hands-on experience with the Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Gateway).
• Strong diagnostic skills for complex incident resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
