You will provide technical support and monitoring oversight within a NOC environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for core systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents.
- Maintain and support AtlasSIAN, JIRA, Infoblox, and Elastic environments.
- Coordinate with technical teams and external suppliers to resolve issues.
- Operate with autonomy and rigor to ensure system stability.
Required Skills
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar NOC or technical support role.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools including JIRA.
- Experience managing Infoblox (vNIOS 8.6).
- Hands-on experience with Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, GW).
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex incident resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
