Description

You will provide technical support and monitoring oversight within a NOC environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for core systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents.
  • Maintain and support AtlasSIAN, JIRA, Infoblox, and Elastic environments.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and external suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Operate with autonomy and rigor to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar NOC or technical support role.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools including JIRA.
  • Experience managing Infoblox (vNIOS 8.6).
  • Hands-on experience with Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, GW).
  • Strong diagnostic skills for complex incident resolution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
