You will own the operational stability and performance of network services within the NOC environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage 24x7 NOC operations to ensure network service availability.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for routing, packet loss, DNS, VPN, load balancers, and firewall issues.
• Take ownership of incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution for P1/P2 events.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, WAF, VPNs, and NSG/SG.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network operations and L2/L3 troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and LAN/WAN technologies, specifically Cisco LAN switches and routers.
• Experience managing cloud networking infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Advanced skills in network security operations: firewalls, WAF, VPN, NSG/SG.
• Proficiency with monitoring and alerting tools: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, and Grafana.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for critical network incidents.
• Knowledge of VPN setup, DNS, load balancer configurations, and VPC/VNet.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience managing NOC operations to ensure high availability.
