Description

Lead technical operations in the Network Operations Center, managing system administration and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server environments, including Exchange, Active Directory, and Server 2008/2012.
• Administer Unix/Linux servers and backup systems to ensure operational stability.
• Execute basic queries and administrative tasks for MS SQL databases.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with urgency while aligning with business objectives.
• Communicate technical status and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• At least three years of experience as a NOC Engineer.
• Certifications in Logic Monitor administration (LMCA, LMCP, or LMCD).
• Experience with O365 administration.
• Knowledge of storage systems such as EMC, IBM, or Hitachi.
• Experience with clustering solutions including Citrix and VMware.
• Proficiency in MS SQL, Unix, Linux, Exchange, and Active Directory.
• Experience using ITIL-based ticketing tools like ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
