Description

You will provide Tier 1–2 support for network, systems, and cloud infrastructure within a 24x7x365 mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN architecture, core IP networking, and hybrid cloud environments across 100+ sites.
• Resolve issues involving routers, switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and connected devices.
• Manage cloud workloads and monitor service pipelines using cloud-native telemetry.
• Execute standard changes, manage escalations, and maintain NOC SOPs and technical documentation.
• Perform physical layer support, including cabling verification and troubleshooting using Fluke DTX testers.

Required Skills

• 2–4+ years of experience in a NOC or enterprise IT operations environment.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers (2900, 3800, 3900) and switches (2900, 3500, 3700, 9200, 9300, 9500, IE2K/4K/5K).
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, NAT, VLANs, ACLs, and multicast.
• Experience supporting AWS, Azure, or GCP (EC2, VPC, IAM, Lambda, Azure VMs).
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, and KVM.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience with scripting or configuration tools such as Python, PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Ability to troubleshoot VPN (IPSec/SSL), SD-WAN, MPLS, and wireless networks.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu).

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, RHCSA, MCSA, VMware VCP, AWS Certified, or Azure Fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Splunk, LogicMonitor, or Datadog.
