Description

You will manage network performance and operational health within a Network Operations Center.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and health using network management tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot network issues and outages.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Document incidents and resolutions within a ticketing system.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on network devices and systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network operations or related roles.
• Proficiency with network monitoring and network management tools.
• Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
