Description

You will manage network and security operations while maintaining Splunk infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute NOC L1 and L2 activities, including incident investigation, diagnosis, and remediation.
• Operate, monitor, and manage Splunk infrastructure and services.
• Manage the full NOC incident lifecycle within ServiceNow and lead triage efforts with development teams.
• Develop and maintain NOC playbook documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of application monitoring, process automation, and evidence collection for compliance audits.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in NOC and SOC operations.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk operations and infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident lifecycle management.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of database management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's Degree.
