Description

You will build and maintain financial product applications in an Agile environment, owning the full lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and document application logic for new and existing software systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, specifications, and reusable code components.
• Integrate multiple data sources, databases, and systems while managing user authentication and authorization.
• Recommend technical alternatives to streamline processes and improve system architecture.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js with frameworks like Express.
• Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proven experience building and supporting RESTful API services.
• Proficiency with MongoDB for data persistence.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS or Azure.
• Version control proficiency with Git or Bitbucket.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing complex integration projects across multiple systems and environments.
