Description

You will design and own the backend architecture for scalable Fintech products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, high-performance backend systems using Node.js.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices for engineering teams.
• Lead system design for Fintech products, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with frontend teams and guide React.js implementations.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred).
• Working experience with React.js and modern frontend architecture.
• Experience designing microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Experience in Fintech or product-based organizations.

Preferred Skills

• B.Tech degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
