Description

You will lead a small engineering team to build and scale full-stack applications, owning the development lifecycle from backend services to frontend components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and MongoDB.
• Implement responsive frontend components using React.js, Angular, or Next.js.
• Design and manage RESTful APIs and handle SQL database operations.
• Oversee cloud deployments and infrastructure management on AWS.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Proficiency in at least one frontend framework: React.js, Angular, or Next.js.
• Strong command of TypeScript.
• Proven experience building and managing REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS cloud deployment and management.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
