You will lead a small development team to build and scale full-stack applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of developers to drive technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and MongoDB.
• Implement frontend components using React.js, Angular, or Next.js.
• Manage RESTful APIs, SQL operations, and cloud deployments via AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL.
• Proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Next.js.
• Experience working with TypeScript.
• Practical knowledge of AWS cloud deployments.
• Experience building and managing RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience in technical leadership or mentoring.
• Any Graduate degree.
