Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build maintainable backend systems and microservices.
• Mentor and guide a team of backend developers.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend teams, and DevOps to deliver solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices.
• Manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Expertise in Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proven experience leading development teams and managing projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
