Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Develop producers and consumers for event-driven architecture leveraging Apache Kafka.
• Deploy and manage services on Microsoft Azure following cloud-native design patterns.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot production issues by analyzing logs and metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building and integrating event-driven services using Apache Kafka.
• Experience deploying and running services on Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of API design and distributed system fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Git-based development workflows and code reviews.
• Experience implementing CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs development.
