Good to Have Skills: Experience with legacy system transformation, Erlang-based systems, Riak data stores, cloud-native architectures, event-driven systems, cross-functional team collaboration, and high-scale backend systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale backend modernization initiatives focused on transforming legacy systems into scalable cloud-native services.
• Redesign and rebuild critical backend APIs that power frontend applications and downstream services.
• Migrate complex legacy Erlang-based systems and Riak data stores into modern AWS-based architectures.
• Develop and maintain Node.js and TypeScript applications in an API-first event-driven environment.
• Ensure platform stability, technical debt reduction, and long-term system evolution through high-impact engineering contributions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving transformation-driven engineering culture.

Experience Required: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Node.js, TypeScript, data migration, and messaging systems such as Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ or similar technologies
