Description

You will design and maintain scalable, highly-available microservices and RESTful APIs within a distributed services ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using Node.js.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and message queues.
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure system reliability through performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.
• Collaborate on technical architecture and system design to maintain high standards for security and unit testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional coding experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and databases.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and understanding of database internals.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Pushpin task/message queues.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms including JWT, OAuth, and SSO.
• Knowledge of API gateway integrations such as 3Scale.
• Experience with ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in Banking, Financial, or Fintech enterprise environments.
