Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend services in Node.js, lead a small engineering team, and own the release pipeline.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build highly scalable applications using Node.js and REST APIs.
• Lead and mentor a technical team of at least two engineers.
• Refactor existing codebases and apply design patterns to improve maintainability.
• Implement continuous integration practices to streamline deployments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall software development experience.
• 5+ years of specific experience with Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in coding and problem-solving.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL).
• Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience in REST API development.
• Any Graduate degree.
