Description

You will own the development and technical leadership for backend services, driving architecture, code quality, and team mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Define architecture and technical requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide performance optimization efforts.
• Lead and mentor engineering team members, driving technical excellence.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
