Description

You will build and maintain scalable, highly available RESTful APIs and distributed services within a banking domain context.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring of services in a distributed ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across distributed services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage task and message queues using technologies like Kafka, AWS, or Azure.
• Integrate API gateways and implement secure authentication via JWT, OAuth, or SSO.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of coding experience in Node.js, JavaScript, and databases.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Mandatory experience in the Banking domain.
• Practical experience with GraphQL and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with task/message queues such as Kafka, AWS, Azure, or Pushpin.
• Knowledge of API gateway integrations like 3Scale.
• Understanding of token-based authentication, including JWT and OAuth.
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud environments.
