Description

You will build and maintain backend services, owning the release pipeline and API design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement REST APIs using Node.js.
• Design and manage serverless functions on AWS Lambda.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline using GitLab Actions.
• Apply caching strategies to optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch).
• Strong understanding of REST API design and implementation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitLab.
• Familiarity with GraphQL concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS AppSync, including resolvers and caching.
• Knowledge of advanced AppSync authorization patterns.
