Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and microservices using Node.js.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with backend systems.
• Write clean, scalable, and secure code following industry best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and document technical specifications.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database systems: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
