Description

Design, develop, and maintain serverless applications on AWS Lambda to power customer interactions within an AWS-based contact center platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance IVR and self-service workflows using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
• Develop integrations between contact center platforms, enterprise applications, databases, CRM systems, and third-party APIs.
• Create reusable Lambda services for authentication, routing, customer identification, case management, and self-service transactions.
• Implement secure coding practices, including encryption, authentication, authorization, and data protection controls.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Node.js development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architectures.
• Experience with Amazon Connect and/or Amazon Lex.
• Experience using Git and GitHub for source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing contact center IVR solutions and conversational AI/chatbot implementations.
• Experience integrating with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform).
