Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture. Own the full product lifecycle from inception through deprecation while ensuring high security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs and supporting infrastructure.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from inception through deprecation.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, product managers, and architects.
• Implement API security frameworks using OAuth and JWT.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver digital products.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in product development as an engineer or senior engineer.
• Expertise in Node.js and microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS, including EC2 and serverless Lambda.
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD solutions and Docker.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and message queue systems.
• Experience with background task management.
• Experience working on large-scale projects in large enterprises.
