Description

Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, managing high-throughput logic, caching, and in-memory databases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend logic using core Node.js modules and popular frameworks.
• Perform performance tuning to support high throughput requirements.
• Manage in-memory databases, including installing, deploying, and managing Redis on physical and virtual machines.
• Maintain database performance through indexing and capacity planning.

Required Skills

• 3 to 10 years of experience with Node.js and deep understanding of core modules and language updates.
• Strong grasp of Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with MySQL, including Triggers and Indexing.
• Knowledge of Redis, including Cluster, Pipelines, and Hash sets.
• Experience supporting Redis in high availability and multi-data center environments.
• Proficiency with XML and XML-RPC protocols.
• Ability to work from the office in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, ES6, and SASS.
• Knowledge of extending Redis with Bloom filters.
