Description

Build and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Express.js or NestJS.
• Integrate and manage data persistence across SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Implement microservices architecture and manage asynchronous communication using message queues.
• Automate and maintain deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Experience working with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB.
• Deep understanding of asynchronous programming and REST principles.
• Familiarity with message queues such as RabbitMQ.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Lambda, EC2, Cloud Run).
• Knowledge of security best practices in backend development.
