Description

You will build and maintain server-side architecture and backend services for scalable software applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side architecture using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement backend components, SaaS applications, and RESTful APIs.
• Design and implement data storage solutions using NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in technical design discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Node.js Developer or in a similar backend role.
• Extensive knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with source code management and version control using Git.
• Ability to work within an Agile development environment.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors.
