Description

Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and manage API communications.
• Implement business logic using the ExpressJS framework.
• Manage data persistence with MongoDB.
• Utilize caching mechanisms to optimize performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience with Node.js.
• Proficiency with the Node.js ecosystem and ExpressJS.
• Experience with MongoDB for data persistence.
• Experience with an RDBMS (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Experience utilizing a caching mechanism (Memcache or Redis).
• Proficiency in using Git or Bitbucket for source control.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating on Linux OS.
