Description

Develop backend web services, REST APIs, and UI components within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend web services and REST APIs using Node.js and Java.
• Build user interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services including ECS, Lambda, and Fargate.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to design, test, and implement technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and 12-factor microservice principles.
• 3+ years of experience writing Node.js unit tests using Jest and Mocha.
• 3+ years of experience with jQuery and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, and SQS.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with Node.js V10.
• 2+ years of experience handling databases using Node.js.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AngularJS 11+.
• Experience writing unit tests using Jasmine, Karma, JUnit, or Mockito.
