Description

You will build and maintain secure backend services within a microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Develop APIs to integrate with various external services and systems.
• Implement security best practices and scalability patterns.
• Monitor backend service performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Protobuf, gRPC, Server Sent Events, WebSockets, or GraphQL.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Working knowledge of at least one message broker (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS).
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, Postgres, or MSSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, DocumentDB), and Redis.
• Experience integrating monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Working knowledge of AWS services.
