Description

You will architect, design, and develop scalable backend services for digital banking solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop secure backend services using Node.js and MongoDB.
• Build and maintain microservices-based applications deployed on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka, including orchestration and choreography patterns.
• Lead the development of RESTful APIs and integrations using EAI/Messaging patterns.
• Drive CI/CD automation, monitoring, and observability using modern DevOps tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong programming expertise in Node.js.
• Solid expertise in MongoDB or NoSQL databases.
• In-depth understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and DevOps tools.
• Experience building microservices, REST APIs, and secure backend systems.
• Working knowledge of service mesh, observability, and distributed tracing.
• Familiarity with API Gateways, Kafka, and event-driven system design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in core banking or fintech domains.
• Exposure to frontend technologies.
• Experience with TDD/BDD practices and automated testing.
