Description

Build and maintain scalable backend services using serverless Node.js architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reusable, maintainable software components and evolving architectures.
• Develop and deploy serverless applications on AWS Lambda.
• Manage asynchronous communication using RabbitMQ.
• Integrate third-party APIs and collaborate with vendor data science teams to manage AI model data feeds.
• Maintain code quality through rigorous code reviews and best practices.

Required Skills

• Over 5 years of experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Over 5 years of experience building scalable backend systems.
• Over 3 years of experience with AWS Lambda and AWS services including StepFunctions, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and EventBridge.
• Over 3 years of experience with RabbitMQ or similar asynchronous messaging systems.
• Over 4 years of experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, GitLab, and Pull Request workflows.
• Over 5 years of experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
• Familiarity with Jira and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML model integration.
• Experience with DevOps Harness or AWS tools like CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CloudFormation.
