Description

You will own the server-side logic and data exchange between the server and client applications for this Node.js role in Providence, RI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain all server-side logic and the central database.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Incorporate front-end elements created by teammates into the application.
• Optimize web server performance and implement web protocols.
• Debug code following established coding best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
• Strong debugging skills and knowledge of good coding practices.
• Familiarity with ITSM.
• Working knowledge of the full web stack and server optimization.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as React JS, Angular JS, or Vue.js.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
