Description

Build and design back-end web architecture and scalable web or mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop back-end web architecture and software code.
• Translate client requirements into functional software logic and applications.
• Test, debug, and document code to ensure quality and functionality.
• Install code releases, patches, and write scripts for IT applications.
• Manage code within GitHub repositories and drive features from scratch to completion.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of technical experience building scalable web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Node.js with frameworks such as Express or Hapi.
• Experience building secure RESTful services and working with MVC patterns.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and OOPs concepts.
• Hands-on experience with databases including MongoDB, MySQL, or Postgres.
• Experience consuming web services using XML, SOAP, and JSON.
• Ability to work with datasets like Redis or Firebase.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the MEAN or MERN stack.
