You will build and maintain scalable microservices and optimized RESTful APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design and implement data models using relational (SQL) and non-relational (Cosmos DB) databases.
• Write unit tests with Jest and perform BDD testing using Mockito.
• Manage deployments through automated CI/CD workflows using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Automation stakeholders to deliver end-to-end features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control.
• Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SQL and Cosmos DB.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful web APIs.
• Practical understanding of distributed computing.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building GraphQL APIs.
