Description

You will build and maintain high-performance distributed applications using Node.js and React.js with MySQL backends.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build asynchronous web APIs and React.js UI components.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and re-engineer non-performant system parts.
• Refine business requirements from stakeholders for technical implementation.
• Write unit test cases for TDD and collaborate with QA on detailed test plans.
• Perform code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and manage source code via GitHub.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of web application development experience in Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of Node.js asynchronous programming, including Express.js and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server (stored procedures, indexes, subqueries).
• Knowledge of web security: encryption, hashes, OAuth, OAuth2, and JWT tokens.
• Proficiency in testing using Postman, Chai, and Joi validation.
• Solid grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, and computer science principles.
• Experience with version control (Git or SVN) and ability to optimize/debug backend and front-end services.

Preferred Skills

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
