Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications and services using Node.js and AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant applications on AWS using Node.js.
• Develop cloud-native applications and microservices utilizing AWS Lambda and other serverless services.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and automate deployment processes via CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize resources for cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and enforce coding standards through code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience with a focus on Node.js.
• Strong expertise in building, deploying, and managing applications within AWS.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.
• Experience designing and implementing serverless architectures.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks such as Jenkins and Docker.
• Experience working with both NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RESTful API design and NoSQL databases.
