Description

You will own the development, optimization, and delivery of scalable backend services and APIs within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs using Node.js for moderately complex, highly scalable projects.
• Optimize complex SQL queries and manage data integrity in MSSQL databases.
• Develop and maintain Kafka-based event-driven applications.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, and UCD, including log monitoring with Kibana and Dynatrace.
• Facilitate technical discussions and present prototypes to business sponsors, product owners, and adjacent teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional production-grade software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, REST, and GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with MSSQL query optimization.
• Experience with Kafka applications.
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools: GitHub, Jenkins, UCD, Kibana, Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with OpenShift cloud platform.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular or React.
• Experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB or Redis.
• Background in Wealth Management industry processes and workflows.
