Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using Node.js, Kafka, MSSQL, and REST/GraphQL APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable applications using Node.js, Kafka, MSSQL, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and design patterns for new and existing systems.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance protocols.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software development experience on highly scalable, complex projects.
• 4+ years of experience building REST and GraphQL APIs using Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka applications.
• Proficiency with MSSQL, including complex query optimization.
• Experience working in Agile environments and participating in agile ceremonies.
• Strong ability to present prototypes and technical enhancements to business sponsors and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives of varying complexity.
